Ages 9 - 12
Join Miss Karen outside on the Children's patio area for a fun evening of yoga.
Learn the basics of yoga and enjoy the benefits of strength, flexibility, and relaxation. You will learn poses, participate in a short flow (a sequence of poses), and play fun games. We will end the session with mindfulness activities.
Yoga mats available for use. Weather permitting. Tween Yoga will be moved to the Story and Craft Room if needed.
