Ages 9 - 12
Join Miss Karen outside on the Children's patio area for a fun afternoon of yoga. Be adventurous and create a unique ice cream sundae to enjoy!
Learn the basics of yoga and enjoy the benefits of strength, flexibility, and relaxation. You will learn poses, participate in a short flow (a sequence of poses), and play fun games. We will end the session with mindfulness activities.
Yoga mats available for use.
