Join us as we read and discuss Lady Tan's Circle of Women by Lisa See.
An immersive historical novel inspired by the true story of a woman physician in 15th-century China. The novel explores themes such as female friendship, the power of women, and women's place in society. It also highlights the inequities of feudal China, including the treatment of working-class women and the disparity between the lives of men and women.
