Do you knit? Crochet? Sew? Embroider? Why stitch alone at home when you can gather at the library with other like-minded crafters? We'll provide hot beverages to sip, you bring a project you're working on. Get to know the other crafters in our community, and maybe even pick up a new tip or trick from someone!
All skill levels welcome.
At this program, we are collecting donations of handmade 9” x 9” blanket squares to be put together into comforting Share & Care blankets to be donated to local families. Squares can be knit or crochet in any color, style, or pattern—please use machine-washable yarn and make sure the finished squares measure 9” x 9”. Drop off your squares at the Main Reference Desk. We will collect squares through December. Blanket bees will be held in Jan/Feb to piece together blankets!
