Join us for Halloween Glow-in-the Dark Tween Yoga! Please wear neon colors or white.
Learn the basics of yoga and enjoy the benefits of strength, flexibility, and relaxation. You will learn poses, participate in a short flow (a sequence of poses), and play fun games. We will end the session with mindfulness activities.
Yoga mats available for use. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or large towel.
