Event Details

Join us for an evening exploring medieval science and superstitions about lunar and solar eclipses. We’ll talk about medicine, religion, art, and more, including examples from medieval manuscripts held at the University of Rochester’s libraries. 

Presented by Dr. Anna Siebach-Larsen, Director of Rossell Hope Robbins Library and Koller-Collins Center for English Studies at the University of Rochester. 

 

Each registered attendee will receive one pair of certified eclipse viewing glasses at the end of this program.
