 e and confident with today’s technology through one-on-one assistance fr
 om a librarian. Our 45-minute personalized tutoring sessions are designed 
 to support learners of all skill levels—whether you’re setting up a ne
 w device, exploring online services, navigating apps or building digital c
 onfidence. Tell us what you’d like to learn, and we’ll guide you at yo
 ur own pace. Registration is required and restricted to one appointment pe

  a librarian at any of our reference desks for more information.During eac
 h Ask a Librarian appointment, you can expect one-on-one assistance from a
  librarian for up to forty-five minutes for the following:Librarians CAN h
 elp with:· Using Libby, Hoopla (for Greece Residents) and other digital l
 ibrary resources· Setting up an email address (gmail, yahoo, etc)· Setti
 ng up a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, etc)· Downloading apps
  onto a smartphone/tablet· Basic smartphone help· Transferring files fro
 m phone to computer or another deviceWhat Librarians CANNOT help with:· I
 ntroductory computer lessons· Listing items on an online marketplace (ie:
  Etsy, eBay, Facebook Marketplace)· Registration or use of dating sites·
  Creating, designing, or editing content for patrons including video, phot
 os or documents· Assistance with completion or instruction of legal, medi
 cal, financial or tax information· Resume/cover letter help and proofread
 ing· Using or setting up a device at home· Device repair or troubleshoot
