Technology Help with Digital Literacy Volunteers

Need help with technology? Literacy Rochester’s Digital Literacy program offers free assistance for adults who want to build their computer skills. Trained volunteers are available to help with using devices (desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone), navigating the internet, working with email, creating résumés and cover letters, applying for jobs, and much more. 

Please submit an appointment request through the Literacy Rochester website HERE (or call us at the library 585-225-8951). Appointments are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from Literacy Rochester. 

Walk-ins are still welcome, but appointments are strongly encouraged. Patrons without an appointment may need to wait or may not be able to receive assistance if the tech volunteer is already booked.
